What made you want to try half-frame, and what was your first half-frame camera?
I first ready about the Pen F when I was at uni and loved the design, eventually it happened and it fast became one of my favourite cameras.

What is it you like most about Half-frame?
I make extended documentary projects, and therefore get through a lot of film. Half frame allows me to do more without missing a photograph by reloading – and with six half frame cameras I can photograph continuously if I absolutely needed to without reloading.

Favourite subject and/or Half-frame photo?
I don’t know if it is a favourite as such, but a recent one that comes to mind is this, made with the Alfie Tych+ during an Alfie photowalk in Oxford for Pinhole Day.

Your top tip/s for shooting half frame photos?
Stop watching the frame counter and just enjoy photography.
